First National Real Estate Murwillumbah is proud to be appointed by the NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) to manage the sale of 9 identified homes purchased through the Resilient Homes Program.

These homes will be sold via public auction on 12/08/2025, from with a start at the 6:00pm.

Its is a condition of the purchase that homes are relocated to sites outside of Priority 1, 2 and 3 areas as mapped by RA. Mapping can be accessed from the RA website by clicking here. More information on the purchase and relocation process can also be found on the website. 

* Please note, Inspections are permitted only during the times advertised, under direction of the agent. Enclosed footwear must be worn on site. Houses only are being Auctioned and it does not include land. You will need to liaise with the RA regarding removal of the building from site.
